What is a SIM-Only Plan?
>

Our SIM Only-Plans are just that - a plan where you’ll only pay for talk, text and data usage each month without any device repayment fees.

Can I transfer my current number?
>

Yes. Once you’ve signed up to a plan call our service desk and we will bring your current number across for you.

How will I receive my SIM Card?
>

Your SIM card(s) will be shipped via Australia Post once your order and payment is processed. Delivery is free of charge.

How do I keep track of my usage?
>

Yes. Usage notifications will be sent at 50%, 85% and 100% of consumption for every Domestic and International Roaming bolt-on, except for the 1GB Auto Bolt-on.

What if I go over my data allowance?
>

All business mobile plans, will have Auto top-up enabled for excess data usage which will top-up your data by 1gb for $10.

This auto top-up will happen 5 times and after that you will be charged excess data at 0.02c per mb. All excess charges (which includes calls not covered as unlimited and excess data passed over and above the auto top-ups) will be capped at $100 (after which those services will stop working).

Is International Roaming available?
>

Once you arrive in another country you will receive a welcoming SMS with details about tariffs in that country. From there, if you have any International Roaming bolt-ons active, they will be consumed as per your data usage. Once your Roaming bolt-ons are exhausted, excess usage applies, unless you have Zero Bill Shock active on your account.

Roaming Bolt-ons are valid for 30 days from activation date.

Any domestic bolt-on is not valid to be used overseas and will remain unchanged, until it expires on the 27th of any month.
